Amanda began her insurance career in underwriting over 30 years ago before moving to sales so that she could fulfill her love of working with folks directly. When she's not helping clients with their insurance needs, Amanda loves to travel, garden, cook, and attend Steelers and Penn State events. Along with her son, Chase, and daughter, Reece, she really enjoys spending quality time together with their large, extended family. She is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Camp Hill.

Andy grew up working on a variety of motor vehicles. However, it was listening to his Dad make calls to his Life and Health Insurance clients that brought him to a career change. Andy is eager to bring that same professionalism and enthusiasm to the Reilly family of clients. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, working on his truck, having a great cup of coffee, and playing with his puppy, Sonny! Andy also serves at his church, Saint Theresa Parish in New Cumberland.

Cindy joined Reilly Insurance in 2022 and brings over 35 years of insurance experience with her, including sales, service, and supervisory duties in both Personal and Commercial insurance. Dedicated to her profession, she earned the CISR designation of which she is very proud. Cindy has been married for over 30 years and has 2 children. She enjoys cooking and baking, travel, spending time with family, taking her dog for a walk, and is a fan of all Philadelphia sports teams.

As a relative newcomer to the insurance industry, Dina has many years of experience in providing customer service and client services in her previous work history. Dina uses her "that's what I would want for my family" approach to customize a solution for you. She is also new to Lancaster, PA, having transplanted from Long Island, but a Jerz-eee girl at heart. She loves to try new recipes, vegetable gardening, spending time with her husband, kids and their big, extended Greek family, as well as cheering on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.

Hope came to Reilly Insurance with a nearly 20 year background in management and administrative services. Helping others is her prime motivation. She describes herself as a "Big family person", and is a daughter, a mom, a grandma, sister, aunt, and loves spending as much time as she can with her family. That big family also includes 4 cats (all named after Disney characters) and a dog (named after a Marvel character)! Hope loves traveling, especially to Disney, Universal, or the beach. She also enjoys shopping, couponing, flea markets and auctions, and is a huge music and movie buff.
Jean is our official "Director of Welcome"! Her positive, cheerful voice welcomes our clients whenever they call. Prior to joining the team and working with her husband, Mike, Jean was in Cosmetology for 15 years and still maintains her license. She loves spending time with Mike and their children, taking long walks, gardening, and cooking.

A 16-year veteran of the insurance world, Laura is great at helping our clients better understand their insurance policies and coverage options to best protect what they value most. When she's not spending time with her daughter and son-in-law, Laura enjoys being in her church's Sanctuary and Hand Bell Choirs, reading a great book, and enjoying those friends that have become "family".
Lisa joined us in 2022 and provides Administrative Support to the entire team. She graduated from Elizabethtown College with her Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and has experience both as a staff accountant and as a financial consultant. Lisa is very committed to community service and volunteers at Saint Theresa Parish, does bookkeeping for Holy Family Radio, and regularly gives her time to the West Shore New Hope Food Pantry. She also loves to cook and is extremely proud of her family, including her husband, 3 children, and their cat, Coco.

Mark Murdoch, CIC®, LUTCF®: Following in the steps of his Grandfathers and his Dad, Mark started his career in 1983. A lifelong resident of Harrisburg, he graduated from Cedar Cliff H.S. and got his degree at Juniata College. From helping folks understand what coverages they need and being there for them should they have a claim, he truly enjoys the entire process. He and his wife, Dee, have 2 daughters: Hunter, who is a cardiac ICU nurse, and McKenna who is pursuing her Biomedical Degree at Penn State. Mark loves camping, hiking, volleyball, gardening, and construction.

For over 20 years, Nicole worked for her family-owned insurance agency, J. LeRue Hess Agency. She is the 4th generation to work for the agency once owned by her great-grandfather, grandfather, and most recently, her father. With pride in her family history in the industry, she ensures her clients are well cared-for. Nicole and her husband Brian have two daughters, Quinn & Evin, and a spoiled little dog, Frankie. She loves spending time with her close-knit family, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants.
Pam is joining Reilly Insurance with over 31 years of insurance experience in service and technical capacities. An office manager in a former position and an alumna of the University of Pittsburgh, she is excited to work with her new colleagues and get to know the Reilly teams. Pam likes to cook, bake, travel, read, and has made music with local choral groups and frequently performed on local stages. With her adopted Yorkie, Otto, she cheers on the Phillies, Eagles, Steelers, Hershey Bears and Pitt Panthers.
For 15 years, Patrick has worked with clients in all areas of insurance. He is driven by meaningful conversations to better understand their needs. He and his wife, Sara, have been happily married for 15 years, and have 3 children: Daughters Kiley and Kenzie, and their son, Brody. Born in New Jersey, he grew up as a fan of the Giants and Mets and is a "Huge Fan" of Batman!

Although new to insurance, Shannon spent almost 30 years as a paralegal before her attorney mentor retired. A lifelong friend of Nicole Fisher, she joined the Hess-Reilly Agency. She brings her customer service and professional skills to the agency and its valued customers. Shannon and her husband, Darren, have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, kayaking and her book club.
