Dan Howe is a Territory Sales Manager for Tom Manning & Associates, covering WI, MN, IA, NE, ND, SD. While new to the company, Dan has over 35 years in the RV industry. Started in the service garage and Sales floor and Parts management position of a very successful RV Dealership. For 20 years thereafter, Dan owned and operated a Dealership in Wisconsin servicing the RV industry.

Joe Santos is a National Accounts Manager for Tom Manning & Associates, covering the United States and Canada. He has been in his current role since 2019 and worked in the RV industry for 36 years, having spent 14 years in distribution with StagParkway and 20 years at Horizon Global (Reese, Tekonsha). Joe has served as a member of the RVAA Board Of Directors and has been a member of the Show Committee in past years. Joe currently specializes in RV distribution and multi location RV Dealers.

Mark Willes is a Territory Sales Manager for Tom Manning & Associates, covering Florida and parts of the Southeastern section of the U.S. Mark has been in the RV aftermarket for 15 years having served in several different positions with Carter Distributing, NTP Distribution and most recently Keystone Automotive Operations as their Category Manager for Towing.
Sean Quick is a manufacturers rep for Tom Manning & Associates covering Michigan, Wisconsin and Northern Ohio. Sean brings 12 years of aftermarket sales experience in the Great Lakes territory with background in building sales, training new hires and product development. Sean graduated from Western Michigan University with a BA degree and currently resides in Fenton, Mich. He has 2 adult age children, Ryan and Tessa.

He has been in his current position for 9 years and has been in the RV industry for 39 years, having spent 15 years in distribution with StagParkway and 15 years at the dealership level. Steve currently sits as a member of the RVAA Committee within RVIA and had been a member of the Education Committee for more than three years.
Teresa provides Marketing support for Tom Manning & Associates and brings over 30 years of Distribution expertise in advertising, cataloging and a vast array of product knowledge to the team. Teresa has worked diligently with most Suppliers in the industry. In her spare time, she is an avid RV'er.
Having started his life as an Electronic Engineering Technician, Manning changed his career path in 1985 when he joined Tom Manning & Associates as a salesman. Training under his father's guidance, he quickly learned sales and business acumens that he has been able to apply to his work throughout his career. An array of experiences within the Industry have been ascertained as Manning has spent his career working with and learning from all segments of the market, including Distributors, Dealers, Coach Builders and Consumers.
