RVP Architecture and Consulting, P.C. was formed by Robert Van Pelt in 1993 with a commitment to providing comprehensive architectural and design related services to property/building/business owners and tenants, private developers, and other real estate and investment professionals. Foremost in that commitment is the evaluation of client specific needs and structuring exciting, practical, and market oriented solutions and services that respond accordingly... Over the past 19 years, we have worked as planners, lead architects, and consulting/collaborative architects on a variety of commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family, and single-family projects throughout Colorado. Through this experience we have become well versed in providing the services necessary to get projects approved and built in a timely and cost effective manner.
