Richard C. Wayne, Sr.

Mr. Wayne has been practicing as an attorney providing litigation services in Atlanta since 1996. Graduating with his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University Law School, he served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Mr. Wayne completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Oglethorpe University and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master's (MS) and Specialist degree in Professional Counseling also from Georgia State University. Mr. Wayne began practicing law and providing litigation services in Atlanta as a contract attorney for top criminal defense attorneys in Atlanta, working on Federal Criminal Appeals. He then moved on to become a real estate closing attorney. While enjoying his work as a closing attorney, he missed the world of litigation. In 2001, he began his own civil litigation practice and in 2005, Mr. Wayne established Richard C. Wayne & Associates, P.C.

Timothy J. Burson

Mr. Burson has been practicing law in Georgia since 1990 and for 4 years before in Louisiana as a litigation attorney in breach of contract, creditor-debtor, commercial litigation, construction, fidelity and fiduciary disputes, and commercial surety matters in federal and state courts in Georgia, Louisiana and Texas as well as surrounding states pro hac vice. Mr. Burson is a graduate of The University of Alabama (Juris Doctor 1985 School of Law) and (Bachelor of Arts Journalism 1981 School of Communication -double minors Political Science and English). He received the Dean Thomas Christopher Award for leadership, was an Honor Court Justice, and earned 4 best examination awards in Law School, and as an undergraduate was an Avanti counselor for freshman orientation for two years and served as co-chairman for First Year Law Students during Law School.
