Srikar Mannava, Engineer Intern:Srikar's educational qualifications include Master's Degree in Construction Management (2018), Master's Degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering (2016), both from University of Texas, Arlington and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (2014) from Vignan University, India. Prior to joining SAI, he worked for one and half yearsin SVINT Engineering, a sister company of SAI Engineering, as an Associate Engineer on various projects that included designing and detailing of conventional steel structures, light gage metal framing, wood structures, cast-in-place concrete and masonry wall system. Srikar joined SAI in December 2018.
Syam S. Mannava is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma and 14 other states. He founded SAI Engineering, PLC in July 2006 as a Sole Member and prior to that he was a Principal Engineer and Member, PLC of Pendergraf Engineering, PLC. He has a Master's Degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering from University of Oklahoma (1997). His educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (1981) and complete course work for a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering (1994); both from Osmania University, India. From 1991 to 1994 he worked for the State Bank of Hyderabad, a Public Sector undertaking of Government of India, as an Engineering Manager and as a Civil Engineer at junior and middle management levels in the private sector in India from 1981 to 1991.
Tim Kiser, Senior CAD Technician: Tim obtained his Associates Degree from OSU-OKC in Industrial Drafting and Design. Prior to working at SAI, Tim worked for 12 years as a Structural Steel Detailer and 9 years as a CAD Technician utilizing both Revit and AutoCAD software. Tim also has experience in the design and drafting of hydraulic scissor lifts, hydraulic shock absorbers, pressure vessels used in oil and gas production to fire apparatus.

Yinka Akinyemi, Senior Structural Engineer:Yinka has wide range of experience of 30 years in Structural Engineering/ Design and project management. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1986, with emphasis on Structural Engineering. Prior to joining SAI Engineering, Yinka Engineered and Designed many structures including Commercial Buildings, Schools, Churches, Warehouses, Airport Renovations, Shopping Centers and Homes. Yinka Analyzed, Designed and Detailed structures with various materials including Steel, Concrete, Masonry, Wood, Light gauge metals and Hollow Concrete Planks
