Blane first joined Schild berg Con struc tion Com pa ny in 2006, fol low ing a stint at Wells Far go. Blane serves our Cen tral Iowa and South Cen tral Iowa mar kets, where he enjoys devel op ing mean ing ful cus tomer relationships.
A proud grad u ate of Kirk wood Com mu ni ty Col lege in Cedar Rapids, Blane now lives in Urban dale with his wife and three chil dren. Out side of work, Blane enjoys fam i ly time and is involved with his kids' sports and activities.
Eldon start ed work ing with Schild berg Con struc tion Com pa ny in 1990 as a truck dri ver. Since then, he has worked as a scale/​loader oper a tor at the Thay er Quar ry and, lat er, as a lime salesman.
Eldon cur rent ly works in the office as the sales rep re sen ta tive for our cen tral ter ri to ry, while man ag ing the fuel orders for the pro duc tion crews. Eldon also coor di nates truck ing activ i ties, over sees all aglime sales and works exten sive ly with our prop er ty insur ance carrier.
In addi tion to his work with Schild berg Con struc tion, Eldon has been heav i ly involved with civic orga ni za tions in Ori ent, IA.
Supplying quality aggregates in northern Missouri and the greater Maryville, Missouri area including Nodaway, Atchison, Worth, and Holt counties.

Located outside of Malvern, Iowa, this location serves Mills and Fremont counties as well as the Glenwood, Iowa area.
Nick start ed his career at Schild berg Con struc tion Com pa ny in 1996, serv ing our West ern Iowa and Mis souri cus tomers. Nick's favorite aspect of work ing for Schild berg Con struc tion is the abil i ty to work with a rep utable com pa ny that cares about the qual i ty of its work and the mate r i al it pro duces. Nick also enjoys fos ter ing long-term rela tion ships with cus tomers while serv ing their aggre gate needs.
Scott joined Schild berg Con struc tion Com pa ny in 1999 after spend ing nine years in pub lic account ing, serv ing man u fac tur ing and com mer cial clients. He directs the finance and I.T. func tions at Schild berg Construction.
Scott is a mem ber of the Iowa Soci ety of CPAs and the Amer i can Insti tute of Cer ti fied Pub lic Accoun tants. A grad u ate of Cen tral Col lege in Pel la, Iowa, he enjoys spend ing time with friends and fam i ly out side of work.
