Established in 1984 as Sha & Co and subsequently changed its name to Sha, Tan & Co in July 2002. Sha, Tan & Co and its associates offer a series of professional services including auditing, company secretarial, tax computation and compliance, management and consultancy, liquidationand insolvency, public auction and accounting services. The firm is currently headed by Mr Sha Thiam Fook with a total staff force of approximately 35 personnel.
