Mr. Yeretzian is a Managing Director who joined Sheridan in in September 2003. Mr. Yeretzian is responsible for credit analysis, financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and asset valuation. Mr. Yeretzian is also responsible for the ongoing oversight and servicing of Sheridan's actively managed debt facilities. Mr. Yeretzian obtained his CFA charter in January 2007. Mr. Yeretzian received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from The American University of Beirut and his MBA from the Eli Broad School of Management at Michigan State University in 2003 with a concentration in finance.
Mr. Morrissey is the Chief Investment Officer of Sheridan Asset Management, LLC, which Mr. Morrissey co-founded in May 2002. Mr. Morrissey is responsible for investment analysis, valuation, risk management and due diligence. Previously, he was President of FC Capital Corp. where he raised $20 million in equity capital and co-founded a home equity loan origination and servicing platform. Prior to FC Capital, Mr. Morrissey was a Director and co-managed the Fixed Income Structured Finance Group at Nomura Securities International, Inc. where he financed and securitized performing and distressed commercial, consumer and residential loans, amongst other asset classes. Mr. Morrissey began his career in financial services in 1983 and progressed to lead the capital markets group for the largest New England based mortgage banking company. Later, while at US West Financial Services, Inc., he managed a $400 million portfolio consisting of higher yielding and distressed consumer, residential, and structured finance investments.

Mr. Vukaj joined Sheridan in November 2017 and is responsible for analysis and oversight of investments. Mr. Vukaj was previously an Equity Research Analyst at Zweig-DiMenna Associates. Mr. Vukaj graduated from Fairfield University in 2014 with a B.S. in Finance.
