Anna uses her passion for writing and designing to create resources that spread news and updates about Software for Hardware. This includes whitepapers, blog posts, webpages, advertisements, emails, and more. She especially enjoys sitting down with SFH customers to hear their stories and document them as case studies. Anna also uses her creative skills to design characters and write stories in her free time.
As a former Project Manager, Ashley has many years of industry experience and a deep understanding of our customer's point of view. This makes her an excellent Client Support Manager, providing training and support for new and existing customers to help them get the most out of Software for Hardware. Ashley is a ``real-life mermaid``, feeling the most at peace and free in a body of water.

A DHI Merit Award winner, Cheryl has worked in the door industry for nearly 30 years for several distributors before joining Software for Hardware. Cheryl understands our customers' environment maybe better than any Support & Training person in the door software industry. When not helping door distributors, you may find Cheryl at a local or far away beach.
David brings years of experience as a Project Manager into his role as Sales Representative at Software for Hardware. He understands the time and work that goes into successfully running a project in the door, frame, and hardware industry and is excited to offer a product that helps with that. With a love for networking and meeting new people, David is ready to help SFH customers new and old.
Also an industry award winner, DHI recognized John for his contribution to the industry as a technology pioneer in helping distributors improve automation and efficiency. John retired in 2018 but remains a regular consultant and resource for Software for Hardware and our customers.
