Lorne Weil (Chairman and CEO of Scientific Games Corporation) Hence, the name "Slanted Wheel"!... We are a film and television company dedicated to the acquisition and adaptation of literary properties and original published works for the big and small screen. Based in Toronto and Los Angeles, Slanted Wheel Entertainment develops, finances and produces feature films and television productions for both the domestic and the international marketplaces.
