STACEY & ASSOCIATES - Key Persons
For 30 years, Ann has helped to facilitate capital projects that have changed the face of communities and institutions. After leading business development efforts for design and construction firms, she founded Stacey & Associates consultancy in 2004 to assist industry professionals in their pursuit of new and expanded business opportunities. Her firm represents architects, engineers, and construction companies that range from as small as 13 to as many as 1300 employees.
Ann routinely engages with colleges and universities throughout the Mid Atlantic to consult on capital project planning and professional selections. Known for her creative problem solving and networking abilities, she is often sought after to connect facility owners, designers, and construction professionals with the right projects.
Recognized as one of the "Top 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania" and as a "Top 40 Under 40," Ann holds leadership positions with non-profit organizations at the local, state and national level. She has a BA in Political Psychology from Albion College in Michigan and a Master's in Public Administration from The Pennsylvania State University. Ann resides with her husband and two sassy shiba inus in Harrisburg, PA.
Carrie is a designer and artist, currently serving as art director at Stacey & Associates. Carrie graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and began her creative career as a Disney Animation Artist following an internship at Walt Disney World. Carrie has worked as a creative professional for more than 15 years across multiple industries including journalism, higher education and financial services. New to architecture, engineering, and construction, Carrie is looking forward to learning all of the industry acronyms.
Carrie brings experience with marketing, branding and organization-wide rebranding. She helps S&A clients with reimagining their logos, marketing collateral and proposal materials to more effectively grow their businesses and achieve their business goals. She has been recognized with several noteworthy design awards including Keystone Press Awards and American Inhouse Design awards from Graphic Design USA. When she's not designing or drawing, Carrie can be found happily building Legos or reading books with her son and daughter. She lives in Central PA with her husband and their children.
