Alexander Wall is a member of Sullivan Hill's Commercial and Business Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Construction Law practice groups. Mr. Wall's practice is focused in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and insurance coverage. In addition, he has experience in contract and construction disputes, banking matters, tax litigation, class action and multidistrict litigation and general tort litigation. Candace M. Carroll

Candace M. Carroll is a highly-regarded appellate practitioner with more than 40 years experience handling appeals in the federal, state, and bankruptcy appellate courts. Her cases have encompassed a wide range of subjects, including contract disputes, insurance and indemnity issues, wrongful termination, intellectual property, personal injury, constitutional issues, and complex family law matters. Ms. Carroll is a long-standing supporter of the community and is actively involved in a variety of legal and civic organizations. She recently served for seven years as chair of Senator Barbara Boxer's Judicial Advisory Committee for the Southern District of California. She serves on the board of directors of the San Diego Opera, and was appointed to sit on the board of the San Diego Convention Center Corporation from 2014-2016. Donald G. Rez focuses his practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation, antitrust and trade regulation. He has handled all types of commercial lawsuits, including cases involving trade regulation and antitrust, breach of contract, franchisor/franchisee issues, lender liability cases, professional malpractice, and intellectual property. He has been involved in complex multi-district litigation, and his antitrust experience has involved claims of virtually every kind. Elizabeth E. Stephens serves as managing attorney of Sullivan Hill's Las Vegas office. She practices in the area of insolvency and bankruptcy, primarily representing trustees and creditors in consumer bankruptcies. She is also an experienced appellate lawyer, having successfully litigated before the Ninth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, courts of the District of Nevada and the Supreme Court of the State of Nevada, as well as the State of Wisconsin. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. As a long-time advocate for gender equality, Ms. Sweeney especially enjoys representing women-owned and women-led businesses. Timothy C. Earl is chair of Sullivan Hill's Construction and Insurance practice group, and is an experienced litigation attorney practicing primarily in the areas of construction litigation, insurance coverage, and business litigation. His insurance coverage practice involves representation of policyholders and insurance companies in a variety of insurance coverage disputes primarily involving property damage or bodily injury arising out of construction defect and asbestos claims. Yaniv Newman is a member of Sullivan Hill's Construction, Insurance, and Commercial and Business Litigation practice groups. His practice is primarily focused in the areas of construction and insurance coverage matters. In this capacity, Mr. Newman represents and advises members of the commercial and residential building industries including developers, builders, design professionals, and specialty contractors. From contract negotiation through project completion, Mr. Newman has experience advising and representing clients on issues that arise during the course of construction including performance and payment disputes, progress claims, and mechanic's liens, as well as the disputes that arise from and occur after project completion such as warranty and construction defect claims. Mr. Newman also represents and advises clients on insurance coverage matters.
