Successful Transitions LLC was founded in 2006. Our goal is to "Help Others Transition Successfully" whether it is from a stressful life event, to needing a safe place while in transition. That being said, STLLC has transitioned from being a residential treatment provider, to being an Integrative Behavioral Health provider. STLLC serves a diverse population. Our services include outpatient treatment mental health, substance abuse, Intensive Recovery Services for Women and Primary Care needs), adolescent residential treatment and sober housing for mother's in recovery... Our Consulting Services consist of First Aid , CPR , Blood Borne Pathogens Training , NCI Training and Qualified Professional and Consultation Services... We offer Outpatient Treatment Therapy, Anger Management Groups, Specialized Treatment for sex offenders, PTSD, Adolescent Residential Level 3, Sober Living Housing for Women and Substance Abuse Treatment.
