Jason Swain is the Vice-President and co-owner of Swain Distribution, a 35-year-old power utility supply company. He has a wife and two grown children and four grandchildren and lives in Searcy Arkansas where he grew up. Jason has a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and has worked as a design Engineer at Maytag. He has worked as an NDE Technician inspecting gas pipelines, dams, statues, nuclear and non-nuclear power plants, and carnival rides. Since 2003, Jason has been selling tools to the utility industry and helping to grow Swain Distribution into new areas and bigger projects.
My name is Kelly Osmon, Inside Sales Manager. I graduated from Rose Bud High School in 1997 and attended University of Central Arkansas and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. I have one daughter, Jaci, who just started her junior year of high school. I enjoy watching my daughter play softball and basketball, and spending time with family/friends. I have been selling tools to the utility industry for almost 15 years, 11-years of that being for Swain Distribution. I love my career and look forward to helping customers with all their utility tool needs.

Lauren Swain, Chief Financial Officer, is the granddaughter of Bill and Gail Swain, founders of Swain Distribution. During high school and college, Lauren primarily worked in customer service jobs in the food service, entertainment, and hospitality industries. In May 2011, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education - English from the University of Central Arkansas. In May 2012, Lauren joined Swain Distribution, Inc. as the shipping and receiving clerk, and she has worked in a variety of positions within the company since then, including purchasing agent and office manager. In August 2021, Lauren earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Sean is a US Navy veteran of Operation Desert Storm and co-founder of Swain Distribution Inc, a 35 year old power utility supply company. Sean was in the first 1000 graduates of the Veterans Institute for Procurement program, an intense training program for Veteran Owned Small Businesses. He has since guided his company to obtaining a GSA contract, HUBZone certification, and has been awarded several contracts through bidding. Sean has 27 years of sales experience with the last 10 being focused on government contracts. Prior to his role as President at Swain Distribution Inc, he contracted with companies such as Bechtel, Raytheon, GE, and Washington Group International as an ultrasonic NDE technician with the automated scanning system for inspection in Nuclear Power facilities and petrochemical plants all over the world.
Steven Stake, warehouse manager, joined Swain Distribution Inc. in 2021. As the warehouse manager he oversees the manufacturing of grounds and jumpers, tool repairs, freight logistics, and various other duties. He previously worked in the natural resources conservation field where he managed multiple projects for the Arkansas Department of Agriculture Division of Natural Resources. Prior to that, he was employed as a wetlands/wildlife biologist for a multi-state conservation organization where he managed wetland easements throughout Arkansas. He, his wife Brandy, and son Sylas reside on the family farm where agriculture and wildlife conservation is still practiced. The Stake Family enjoys all things outdoors including hunting, fishing, and gardening.
