Dan Chapa is a highly proficient financial executive with over twenty years of a proven successful track record in organizational leadership, with a heavy emphasis on financial planning and analysis in IT including cybersecurity. His strong communications, management, accounting, and technical skills make him an asset who facilitates SysNet fulfilling our national systems security support services mission. Dan ensures that all financial tracking and reporting are properly conducted and all administrative issues are efficiently handled. He also ensures that SysNet pays all invoices properly and on time which continues the SysNet Technologies preferred teammate, employer, and contractor status. In addition to his Bachelors degree in Accounting and Information Systems, Dan is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds several certifications with processes and is experienced with back-office systems that are enhancing the SysNet administrative performance. Prior to SysNet, Mr. Chapa worked for several small, medium, and large businesses. He helped build the organizations and processes to enhance business performance and overall success. He now brings this talent as of late 2018 to SysNet and is helping to further our success.

Don Stocking

Mr. Stocking adds value to SysNet and our customers with his wide range of strategic, focused, and results-oriented sales professionalism with more than 40 years experience in direct sales, sales management, business development and executive management in information technology, telecommunications (terrestrial and satellite) and cybersecurity services. He is experienced and focused on public sector sales and business development. He has a proven successful track record in building and managing sales, technical, and customer service organizations that consistently deliver above-plan performance for customer services, followed by business revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. His areas of expertise benefitting SysNet include: Directing capture effort for major Federal, State and Local procurements Developing senior and executive level business relationships Formulating business plans, proposals, budgets, and road maps for success Building and developing team members to reach full potential Developing win strategies and leading capture teams Fostering relationships with key government executives Don's IT technical history enhances his propriety in helping to expand SysNet business and ultimately properly staff and perform the work for federal customers. Jeff Neal

Jeff Neal is a business executive with over 35 years of experience in the government contracting services industry. He possesses over 25 years of leadership experience, directing team efforts in all business operations matters including contract negotiations, prime/subcontract administration; and, procurement, pricing, operational finance, data security, human resources, recruiting, Information Technology, and various areas of overall business management. He has been a primary corporate interface to DCMA/DCAA for over two decades for both pre- and post-award activities. Prior to supporting SysNet Technologies, Jeff played key roles in several buy and sell-side M&A transactions including the sale of ADI to Perot Systems, establishing the platform for Perot's entre into the Government Services market. As part of Perot's leadership team, Neal played a key role in growing Perot Systems Government Services from $68M to over $650M through both organic and acquisitive growth.Jeff has also been the overall leader of other small business federal contractors that elevated under his management. His range of small and large business contracting management adds value to the SysNet teaming and customer support initiatives. Jeff contributes to business development in line with customer needs and he fits the altruistic SysNet corporate culture. Mr. Neal's 35+ years of federal government services contracting leadership span the range of back office support. He adds great value to SysNet, our customers, teammates, and employees by leading contractual management and the range of overall business management enhancement.

John Kleinhans - Founder, VP

Mr. Kleinhans' 35 years of professional experience includes more than 20 years of ISS Assurance activities. An example is applying Federal, Department of Transportation, and FAA policies and guidance in support of the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) ISS initiatives. John's efforts included applying his extensive knowledge of Federal ISS requirements such as NIST RMF, and NIST requirements and guidelines to support and mature the ATO system security authorization, assessment, and reporting processes. He has extensive knowledge and experience in ISS authorization assessment planning and authorization process improvement. He also has extensive knowledge and experience in ISS compliance audits, policy, education/awareness, and program management. He has performed security audits, assurance, and Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) for a myriad of federal agency and department systems. The federal customers included varied civilian and Defense agencies. Prior to founding SysNet Technologies, John was an Associate and Engineer at Booz | Allen | Hamilton, Lisan, Inc., and (honorably) was an Air Defense Control Officer in the US Marine Corps, and a Combat Engineer for the US Army. Mr. Kleinhans brings a wealth of national (uniformed) services and civilian agency support to our SysNet culture dedicated to serving the US federal government. He is the lead author of our comprehensive ISS SysCIP® methodology, and he ensures proper training and orientation of all SysNet staff and teammates for ultimate customer security.

Judi Niedercorn

Judi is a seasoned executive with demonstrated success in an over 30-year career of directing infrastructure and operations for multi-million-dollar information technology, consulting, telecommunications, and systems integration corporations, in the government contracting and global commercial industries. She has demonstrated success in providing corporations with comprehensive direction for the scalable development and management of corporate infrastructure for sustaining rapid growth and expansion and established internal structures, systems and technologies that promote growth, further corporate culture and deploy corporate strategic vision and goals. She served as a systems engineer with customers including the Department of Justice, NATO, the FAA, and the Department of Defense. Judi holds a bachelor's from Ohio University in Technical and Social Systems Management. Judi is providing SysNet support in corporate administration, compliance, HR, recruiting, ethics, training, employee development, quality and information assurance, ISO certifications, business development and other responsibilities. Her 30+ years of customer support and resultant contractor business success are having the same effect on SysNet performance for our customers.

Kevin McGuire - COO

Dr. McGuire has over 28 years of technical and management experience implementing Vulnerability Assessment and Information Assurance (IA) processes. He is a recognized industry expert, speaking on ISS issues at varied forums and federal agency program offices, in the areas of cybersecurity, forensic investigation and process management. His extensive experience ranges from hands-on systems vulnerability analyses, assessments, and mitigation plans, to work as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and a Chief Information Officer (CIO). He has developed proven successful methodologies for all forms of authorization & accreditation (A&A) processes and documentation according to NIST RMF, and DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) standards. His educational background, including both an M.S. and a PhD in Cybersecurity related disciplines, amplifies Dr. McGuire's value to federal and commercial agencies. His work as a Dale Carnegie CIO enhanced his management and leadership skills. Prior to joining SysNet Technologies, Kevin was the CIO of the US Navy/Surface Warfare Centers in Bethesda, MD. Previous to the NSWC position, Dr. McGuire worked for Computer Sciences Corporation and was a CISO supporting the US Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Army through varied programs. He has also been a Senior Director for Research & Development under Telos/Xacta Corp., a VP of Technology in New York, and the CIO of Dale Carnegie Training, Inc. in New York, responsible for the development and implementation of a world-wide communications system. In summary, Dr. McGuire brings a wealth of technical talent and leadership to SysNet and our customers, at all levels.

Ms. Dolly M. Davidson

Ms. Dolly M. Davidson joined SysNet Technologies as our Vice President of Corporate Growth in January 2024. She is a key driver of the SysNet portfolio of contracts, with an emphasis on expanding our successful defense of major United States infrastructure to the assets of additional United States federal agencies and recognized state, local, and Tribal governments who can benefit from our top-tier cyber talent. Dolly began supporting a US Government civilian agency contract in 1998, and went on to support a Purple/Joint Forces project with congressional visibility at Scott Air Force Base in 2008. At the close of that contract, Dolly was recognized for her ability to bring thought leaders together and began supporting small businesses within the intelligence community, building their capabilities and assisting them with their corporate growth. Some of Dolly's key achievements early on include expanding a micro-small business's portfolio from a single subcontract to three prime contracts with new customer agencies within the intelligence and special operations communities, as well as supporting then-newly-formed CYBERCOM through teaming, all in just over two years. Later projects were largely focused on marketing of cybersecurity products, also resulting in multiple contract awards. Through assisting new business start-ups where many roles were required, including business opportunity development, strategic teaming, recruiting/staffing, compliance/reporting, Dolly developed an expertise and rapport with a wide range of federal agencies and their small business programs. These successes and her philosophy of "intrapreneurship" eventually led to leadership positions with large companies where she again contributed to projects across the United States Armed Services and Civilian agencies and gained an additional perspective on business growth. We are glad to welcome Dolly back to the Small Business community to work with our entire SysNet Senior Staff team, where she will leverage her experience and commitment to national security advancement for all of our customers, current and future. Ms. Davidson has over a decade of experience directly influencing and representing stakeholders/executives of contractor and government-sector organizations. Her consistent success is of great value to both SysNet Technologies and our future and current customers

Richard Bodson - CEO, President

Dick Bodson assumed overall leadership of SysNet Technologies in 2017. He is responsible for Company performance supporting our federal customers. Tim Irvin - Founder, VP

Tim Irvin's extensive cybersecurity experience includes FAA Information System security engineering, system design, development, implementation and testing for over 30 years. He has supported FAA National Airspace System (NAS) modernization efforts for over 23 years including developing the FAA's IP networking infrastructure and NAS Cyber Operations (NCO) Security Operations Center (SOC) capability.

Tom Schubert - Founder, VP

Mr. Schubert has extensive experience leading major federal government ISS programs. He has over 30 years of profession with emphasis on air traffic control systems for the FAA ATO and his range of expertise includes Vulnerability Assessment and Independent Risk Assessment and Testing (IRAT) leadership since its FAA inception. He has been essential to the National Airspace System (NAS) and non-NAS vulnerability assessments, testing, and analyses, reconciliation plans, and follow-up audits, all in compliance with Department of Transportation, FAA, NIST, FIPS and numerous other related standards. Prior to founding SysNet Technologies, Tom was a Senior Engineer and ISS leader at Booz | Allen | Hamilton, and previous to that, Vitro Corporation, supporting varied federal and international clients. He performed essential Independent Verification and Validation of critical systems security with a range of tools and technologies. His support included DoD (e.g. Navy) systems security. As with all SysNet leaders, Tom has certifications and formal education in ISS-related areas and fields. His management includes overall SysCIP® orientation and training to team members, ensuring consistent proficient systems evaluations and safety.

Will Poe - Founder, VP

Will Poe's over 45 years of comprehensive, all-encompassing, federal services in systems engineering, test and evaluation, IT, and ISS support activities has earmarked him as a supreme cybersecurity leader. His track record of success includes the full range of ISS services in response to all federal, agency, and industry standards for the FAA Information System security engineering, system design, development, implementation and testing. His extensive expertise enables individual system security and the big picture of agency-wide safety ratings and compliance with regulations for overall safety. As an example, Will has supported the NAS Authorizing Official Designated Representative (AODR) as part of the Cyber Dependent Infrastructure Identification Working Group (CDIIWG). His direct services have enhanced the NAS as National Critical Infrastructure in accordance with Executive Order 13636. Prior to founding SysNet Technologies, Mr. Poe was a Senior Associate at Booz | Allen | Hamilton, was employed by a major Army defense contractor, and also fulfilled nine years of federal civil service with a Navy lab. These engineering and management experiences included program management, systems engineering, test and evaluation, and design engineering across a broad spectrum of technologies, and applications related to weapon's systems, information technologies, communications systems, networking, and information security.
