Addie started with Tate Insurance Group as a temp in 2015 answering phones and doing special projects. She is licensed in Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life and Health. She is the office's Medicare specialist. Addie is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She and her two daughters have made Knoxville their home since 2010 and are members of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. In her spare time, Addie likes to run, compete in triathlons and read.

Amy's experience and expertise in personal insurance spans the last 20 years in the Knoxville market. She is actively involved in sales of personal lines products, managing the placement of new and renewal business, while overseeing the day to day operations of the personal lines department. For three years, Amy served as President of "Positive Like Minded People", one of the largest networking groups in the area. She and her husband John live in the Bearden community.

Dale has been a member of the Tate Insurance Group team for several years. She brings over 20 years of experience in personal insurance including sales, service and coverage counseling. Dale enjoys rescuing animals in her spare time.

Diandra "Dee" has been an invaluable addition to our Commercial lines department. She is always ready to help clients and colleagues. Dee and her husband, Nic, love to travel and to spend time with their dog, Anya.

Faith joined Tate Insurance Group in 2013 as part of the merger with the Hickman, Johnson, and Simmonds agency. She has 4 years of commercial insurance experience and is responsible for managing a large part of the agency commercial clientele. Her service is second to none. Faith lives in the Hardin Valley community with her husband and daughter. They are very active with Faith Promise Church.
Granvil is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and has been working in insurance since 1995. Granvil has established himself as a top tier agent in the transportation and trucking industry as well as property and casualty. He large client base includes trucking, transportation, service, retail, contracting, home and auto clients. Granvil lives in the Bearden community with this wife Laura and their two beautiful daughters. He enjoys golf, mountain biking, volunteering at their church.
Jen has a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. She joined Tate Insurance Group in 2013 to handle agency administration and marketing. Jen is also the account manager for the commercial department's hospitality clients. In her spare time, Jen enjoys reading, running, traveling and attending her children's sporting events. She and her husband have three children and live in the Farragut community.
Kendra joined Tate Insurance Group in 2018 in the role of Claims Specialist for our personal and commercial clients. Kendra has 16 years of experience in banking and operations management. During her time with Tate Insurance Group, Kendra has earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Management from Pellissippi State Community College. In her spare time she enjoys running, hiking, and visiting national and state parks with her husband Russell and their daughter, Emma. Kendra is also very active volunteering at her church.

Lisa came to Tate Insurance Group with more than 25 years of experience in Employee Benefits Administration. She also has experience in Human Resources and Payroll which adds tremendous value as she knows first-hand what her Group clients need from their account manager. One of her clients said "Lisa Allen has exceeded our expectations and done an outstanding job of navigating us through the process. We are grateful she was our Account Manager for this open enrollment." Lisa has been married to her husband for 37 years and has two children. She enjoys reading and participating Knoxville Alzheimer's walk each year.

Rob joined us at Tate Insurance Group in May. He has over 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He is a Knoxville native and enjoys tabletop games and trivia. He was even a member of the 2017 National Trivia League Championship team.

Robby Burress joined forces with Tate Insurance Group in 2017 bringing over 20 years of insurance experience to the organization. His experience extends beyond personal and business insurance to include life insurance, variable products, mutual funds and annuities.
Robby, his wife Kim and their daughter Ruthie have made their home in Oneida, TN where they enjoy fishing, church choral music and traveling as a family. Since graduating from Oneida High School in 1986, Robby has continued be very active in his community as a leader at First Baptist Church of Oneida, AYSO parent volunteer and Member of the Chamber of Commerce.
