I express myself best when I write, even though most who know me think I talk quite a bit! I'm an educator first and foremost whether my students are kids, teachers, or my own children and grandchildren. Vicki Bechard is the founder and point person of The Teaching and Learning Consulting Network, LLC. She has a variety of K-12 experience working in and with schools throughout Kansas as a teacher, school improvement leader, administrator, provider of professional learning, educational consultant, and adjunct college instructor. Vicki is also a trained Outside Visitation Team Member and Chair (OVT) for the Kansas Accreditation System (KESA), and serves as a chair for 2 school systems. In addition, she is Certified Trainer for the Kansas State Department of Education for College and Career Ready Standards (Common Core).
