Alison Fuhr

Alison Fuhr earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Master of Science Degree in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Florida. She is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Alison has experience working with clients of all ages in a wide variety of settings including clinical trials, nursing homes, outpatient clinics and hospitals.

Dr. Karmen Smith

Karmen is an enthusiastic therapist who is knowledgeable in human development and behavior while committed to ethical practice. She completed her internship at a private, inpatient, substance abuse recovery program and has since worked in community-based mental health, Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care, and the Partial Hospitalization Outpatient Program at a behavioral health hospital. She works with both individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related pain, and family dysfunction. Karmen believes in the importance of fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, which centers on meeting the client(s) where they are and walking with them on their journey towards discovering their authentic self.

Kari Altman-Wood

Kari is a St. Pete native; she is married and has two daughters. She enjoys traveling, water sports, yoga, spending time with friends and family and any adventure that comes her way.

Lindsay Harrison

Lindsay Harrison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Goucher College and a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University in Maryland. She also completed her internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Lindsay is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals (TBACP), and Next Generation Divorce (NGD), as well as the Eye Movement Desensitization Reparative Therapy International Association (EMDRIA). Lindsay works with adults, adolescents, families, and couples in the following areas: Collaborative Divorce Parent Coordination Divorce Issues Reunification Therapy Trauma, including physical abuse, sexual abuse, and emotional abuse EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reparative Therapy) for the treatment of PTSD and Trauma DBT (Dialectal Behavior Therapy) for Personality Disorders and minimizing intense emotional distress Severe anxiety Depression Gender identity concerns Bullying Military Issues, including separation, anxiety, and PTSD Couples and Families experiencing relational disconnect Lindsay is a Neutral Mental Health Facilitator, a Qualified Parent Coordinator, and a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Family Mediator. Lindsay is dedicated to helping individuals and families through difficult transitions and giving children a voice in the divorce process. She is currently focusing her practice on Collaborative divorce resolution and Parent Coordination, as well as family reunification. Lindsay believes through supportive conflict resolution techniques, families in high conflict transitions can find happiness, peace, and confidence in the future of their family. Lindsay is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reparative Therapy) to help people suffering from severe anxiety and PTSD. EMDR can bring quick and lasting relief to people suffering from trauma, anxiety, panic, disturbing memories, post-traumatic stress, and other types of emotional problems. Until recently, these conditions were difficult and time-consuming to treat. EMDR is considered a breakthrough technique that helps individuals achieve lasting relief for most types of emotional distress. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Goucher College and a Master of Arts (MA) in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University.

Michelle Donley

Michelle is a qualified parent coordinator in the 6th judicial circuit, pre-martial counseling provider through Pinellas County, family mediator, collaboratively trained neutral mental health facilitator, and qualified supervisor through the Department of Health. In her personal life, she is a mother of two and has an active history of service and ministry to her community.

Shawn Angel

Shawn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), earned his Bachelor of Social Work (BSM) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from University of South Florida. Shawn has experience working in substance treatment programs, veteran outreach, veteran treatment court, working with elderly population and resilience trainer assistant with the Florida National Guard. As a LCSW, he meets each person where they are at. Focusing on cognitive behavioral techniques to gain insight, challenge distortions and behaviors. Working to improve emotions, building positive coping skills and tools to promote growth.
