A Holding Company owns part, all, or a majority of other companies' outstanding stock. Three Saints Bay does not produce goods or solutions itself; rather, our purpose is to provide services to our own subsidiaries and manage the ownership of shares of subsidiaries... Our teams provide financial services including program analysis and resource planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and assessment (PPBEA) processes, and serve as an adviser on all financial matters. We assist with directing and managing end-to-end financial management activities... Our teams provide Information Technology (IT) services for our customers to include operations, development, maintenance, and technical support. Our customers trust us to provide key IT support service personnel to enable day-to-day mission operations
