With 13 years of experience in private equity and asset management, Al-Nakib had served as Investment Funds Assistant Vice-President at Global Investment House, a new dynamic company where he was part of the founding team. At Global Investment House he structured, analyzed, monitored and placed hedge and private equity funds to the company's clientele base. He also worked at United Gulf Management in Boston, USA where he assisted the management in the structuring and placement of Corporate Finance deals, Real-Estate management and private equities portfolios. His experience at the National Bank of Kuwait has allowed him to develop a deep working knowledge of the development and marketing of financial and banking products.
Al-Nakib holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego; and attended a post-graduate certificate from Harvard University. He also holds a Series 7 certificate from the acclaimed New York Institute of Finance.
Al-Nakib is also a member of the Young Arab Leaders (YAL) as well as the pre-incorporation committee of the Oman Kuwait Investment Holding Co.

Mr. Sayed is a Senior Accountant with Univest Group, based in Kuwait. With over 7 years experience in finance & operations, accountancy, audit and economics, he manages back office operations, accounts receivables/payables, MIS reports, budgeting, monitoring of revenue & expenses, internal/external audit and financial statements. Ms.Zreik is the Administrative Officer of Univest Group. With around 5 years of experience, Ms.Zreik provides wide ranging, executive level support to Chairman. She coordinates with Department Heads regarding meetings and business information relative to the operations of the Company in different fields including human resources, public relations and finance.
Prior to joining Univest Group,Ms. Zreik worked at the head office of Touristic Enterprises Company as a project secretary where she was in charge of TEC Contractor and subcontractor group operations, developing and implementing official control and process.

With over 17 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Investment, Trading & Sales, Mrs. Al Ahmed has served in many sectors prior to joining Univest Group, she held a Supervisor position of Operations at Housing Finance Company (ISKAN) to develop, supervise and lead the Operations and back office administration unit. Supervise all Operation staff and execute the company's strategic policies and procedures. Prior to that Mrs. Al Ahmed has worked for 8 years at Global Investment House as Operations Officer to act as a service department to profit making centers. Process, post, verify, pay and reconcile all banks and Kuwait Stock Exchange trading transactions. Acting as the back office for Asset Management unit, Product & Business development unit and Relationship and Sales unit.
In addition Mrs. Al Ahmed has worked for 7 years at Yousef A. Al-Ghanim & Sons W.l.l. sister companies GTRC Gulf Trading and Refrigerating Co as an Assistant Sales Manager and for 2 years with Xerox Division as an assistant officer.
