In 2011, Jim Rowell decided to branch out and develop his own company after reading the current Real Estate market trends following the downturn in 2008. A mix of Real Estate Sales, Property Management and Homeowner's Associations would make the company all- encompassing. His unique gift for finding the right home for any individual regardless of the point in life the individual was currently in opened the doors for expansion into Rentals and HOA management.
