Jennifer Doll, SPHR, brings business experience from the private sector. She has held progressively responsible positions in Human Resources management with companies in the retail, service, manufacturing and hospitality fields since 1996. During college, Jennifer worked in the legal field as a Legal Secretary for over 5 years assisting in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury. Jennifer holds a double major with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Business Administration and also in Government from Saint Mary's College of California. Jennifer Doll is a certified Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Jennifer established Workplace Solutions to deliver strategic employer services to businesses of all sizes. She believes that involving human resources as a strategic partner will help businesses succeed in today's ever-changing environment. Workplace Solutions works closely with each client to assess its infrastructure, then provides a results-oriented, cost effective program which aligns and contributes to the clients organization's goals.
Prior to establishing Workplace Solutions, Jennifer worked for over 10 years as the Director of Human Resources for a large restaurant franchise organization located in Modesto, CA. As the HR Director of multiple corporations, Jennifer managed the HR function for multiple Corporations consisting of 1800+ employees and 65 California based locations including hospitality brands Taco Bell, KFC, Sbarro's, Long John Silver's, Chevy's, Cool Hand Luke's and Fuzio Universal Bistro. As the HR Director of the this organization, Jennifer's primary responsibilities were: personnel administration, labor relations, workplace investigations and conflict resolution, risk management programs (i.e., safety, workers compensation, general liability) recruitment, retention and people capability programs, development and delivery of training programs, compensation and bonus programs, benefit administration, payroll administration, unemployment claim handling and company representative in all DFEH, EEOC, NLRB, OSHA, DOL, UI claims and hearings and Civil Litigation matters.

Jennifer enjoys helping others and her community. She resides in Modesto with her husband and children. She has served on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of Modesto and the United Way of Stanislaus. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Central Valley Human Resource Management Association and San Joaquin Valley Human Resources Association.
