Mr. D MURALI, FCA. :-Executive Director - aged 59 years is a commerce graduate and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career as practicing chartered accountant in 1987. Later he became member of Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited in 1995 and continued business in financial markets upto 1998. He has also worked as SAP functional consultant for three years with M/s. Pegasus Software Inc., New Jersey, USA. He has an overall experience of 25 years in various sectors. He looks after day to day operations of various projects in execution and business development of the Company.

Mr. K SHIVA KUMAR, FCA.:-Chairman & Managing Director - aged 59 years holds a bachelor`s degree in commerce and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He started his career by Practicing Chartered Accountant in 1986 and in 1995 he became a member of Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited. He has an overall experience of 24 years in various businesses, including financial markets, real estate, Project management, etc. He is responsible for devising the strategic plan, business development and overall management of VPL.
