Bill has degrees from the University of Florida in Fine Arts and Building Construction. He served in the U.S. Army as an officer. W.M. Corbin Construction Corp. has built single family homes, duplexes, apartment and condominium projects, office buildings, swimming pools, commercial and residential remodels, and road, sewer and water systems.
