Jay has done his B.com, CFPCM, ACS and LLB with about 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Before founding WMU, Jay was heading HSBC Private Banking for Southern India for about 5 years where he was personally managing the top 20 key Private Bank relationships of the Bank in the region. Prior to that, he was part of Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management for about 7 years. Jay has also spent 5 years with Canfin Homes Limited, a housing loan subsidiary of Canara Bank and has completed Private Banking Certification from Wealth Management Institute of Singapore.
Interests
Jay is an Ironman, ultra marathoner and has done several full marathons and one ultra marathon. He completed his full ironman in August 2019 in Copenhagen. Trekking, travelling and golfing are his other hobbies
Kavitha heads operations team and ensures that her team provides high-quality support to clients on a day-to-day basis in order to ensure all functional managers meet their service goals. Kavitha comes with rich domain experience, organisational skills with proven abilities in excellent client servicing. She after her graduation, started her career with Xerox Engineering in 1995 as Executive Assistant to Managing Director and later joined HSBC in 1997 and was with HSBC for 13 years. Kavitha has worked across several functions with HSBC, starting from branch retail banking operations, Business development, Trade Services, Internal control and Compliance. She has also coordinated branch audits, internal and external inspections. For over 3 years, she assisted RMs in managing and servicing Ultra High Networth Individuals as Associate Vice President - Client Services with HSBC Private Banking Department.
Interests
Kavitha is an avid runner who has completed a few full marathons and several half marathons, she also loves to travel.

Managing Director of HMV Saregama India Ltd and also as Managing Director of Spencer & Co., Ltd. He is currently Advisor / Mentor at NSR Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning, IIM Bangalore. He is also involved with social action (Environment / Education, etc) and is Managing Trustee of CRAG (Citizens' Rights Action Group). Mr Mehta is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and AEP from Kellogg School of Management, USA.
