AAA Phone on Hold is a family owned and operated company in existence since 1984. In March 2002, AAA Phone On Hold began recording voice-overs in a recording studio owned by Bruce Livolsi. In 2006, Livolsi's wife, Dolena was asked to run the office and Bruce took over all of the audio production. It was a good fit for the couple, and later that year they began negotiations to buy AAA Phone On Hold from it's original owner.
