Captain Renato (Ray) Ramos got his start in the industry as a merchant marine sea going Captain who eventually spear headed the organization P.K.B. Scania USA. PKB Scania has a long history in the marine cargo industry dating back to the 1700's out of Europe. Carrying the tradition of excellence, Captain Ray Ramos birthed Admiral Testing Service Inc.
