We have been in Aventura since 1994, and have been operating at the same location since, serving the Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties real estate market. Through our national alliances, we are able to represent purchases, sellers and borrowers in various states including, Florida, Texas, New York, Tennessee, Louisiana, and others... The focus of my practice at the firm is residential real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, lenders and developers in all aspects of the closing process. This includes not only title examination and review, contract negotiations, and documentation preparation, but insuring that in each transaction, our clients are informed, guided and have a pleasant closing experience.
