Dennis L. Kennedy

John R. Bailey - CEO

For nearly four decades, John R. Bailey's trial experience has focused on commercial litigation, healthcare law, and gaming law. In 2001, after 16 years with a renowned Nevada firm, Mr. Bailey struck out on his own and established what is now one of Southern Nevada's most preeminent law firms - Bailey Kennedy, LLP. His clients include many of the region's largest healthcare providers, Nevada businesses, and travel and tourism leaders. Mr. Bailey has served on the Board of Directors of two publicly traded corporations: Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) (2015-present) and SHFL entertainment inc. (2008-2013). He has also served as a Member and Chairman of the Nevada State Athletic Commission (2001-2009). On numerous occasions, Mr. Bailey has also served as a private mediator for pending litigation cases. Well respected by his colleagues, Mr. Bailey was recommended for a Judgeship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit by Senators John Ensign and the late Harry Reid during the George W. Bush Administration. In 2020, Mr. Bailey was selected to a panel created by Nevada Senators Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen to vet candidates for recommendation to the White House as nominees to the federal bench.

Joseph A. Liebman

Whether it is helping clients as diverse as real estate developers, brokers, lenders, borrowers, and guarantors with issues involving a commercial lease dispute, development and construction issues, lending concerns, or collateral enforcement, Joseph Liebman utilizes his substantial experience and vast legal toolbox in creatively litigating and successfully resolving complicated real estate litigation for the benefit of his clients. Moreover, Mr. Liebman has expanded his practice and effectively litigates partnership and limited liability company disputes, product liability cases, professional liability cases, and health care matters. Mr. Liebman has been consistently ranked as a Mountain States Super Lawyer and was recently recognized by his peers in conjunction with Best Lawyers in the commercial litigation arena. He has also been recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a State Litigation Star in the areas of product liability, healthcare, and professional liability. Joshua M. Dickey

For over twenty years, Joshua Dickey has successfully been solving problems faced by his clients. His litigation practice focuses on complex civil disputes in legal areas such as healthcare, commercial, corporate, and business torts/competition. In addition to his litigation practice in the trial and appellate courts, Joshua Dickey frequently advises clients on matters concerning healthcare, corporate governance, and competition [i.e. trade secrets and covenants not to compete]. While Joshua Dickey's litigation practice spans many different industries, much of it occurs in the healthcare space. Joshua P. Gilmore is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. Mark H. Goldstein

Mark H. Goldstein has practiced real estate, business, and corporate law in Las Vegas, Nevada for nearly 40 years where he concentrates on property and development issues for an array of clients, including, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability corporations. Mr. Goldstein has assisted clients in the acquisition, development, and disposition of projects such as planned residential communities, electrical power plants, chemical facilities, hotels, resorts, and medical facilities. Sarah E. Harmon

Sarah E.
