For over forty years, Dennis Kennedy has been representing "good people with bad problems" in the assertion and defense of their rights. His thriving commercial litigation practice has emphasized class actions and complex commercial litigation, antitrust law, hospital and healthcare law, and legal ethics. For nearly four decades, John R. Bailey's trial experience has focused on commercial litigation, healthcare law, and gaming law. In 2001, after 16 years with a renowned Nevada firm, Mr. Bailey struck out on his own and established what is now one of Southern Nevada's most preeminent law firms - Bailey Kennedy, LLP. His clients include many of the region's largest healthcare providers, Nevada businesses, and travel and tourism leaders.
Mr. Bailey has served on the Board of Directors of two publicly traded corporations: Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) (2015-present) and SHFL entertainment inc. (2008-2013). He has also served as a Member and Chairman of the Nevada State Athletic Commission (2001-2009). On numerous occasions, Mr. Bailey has also served as a private mediator for pending litigation cases. Well respected by his colleagues, Mr. Bailey was recommended for a Judgeship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit by Senators John Ensign and the late Harry Reid during the George W. Bush Administration. In 2020, Mr. Bailey was selected to a panel created by Nevada Senators Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen to vet candidates for recommendation to the White House as nominees to the federal bench.

Moreover, Mr. Liebman has expanded his practice and effectively litigates partnership and limited liability company disputes, product liability cases, professional liability cases, and health care matters.

In addition to his litigation practice in the trial and appellate courts, Joshua Dickey frequently advises clients on matters concerning healthcare, corporate governance, and competition [i.e. trade secrets and covenants not to compete].

Mark H. Goldstein has practiced real estate, business, and corporate law in Las Vegas, Nevada for nearly 40 years where he concentrates on property and development issues for an array of clients, including, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability corporations. Mr. Goldstein has assisted clients in the acquisition, development, and disposition of projects such as planned residential communities, electrical power plants, chemical facilities, hotels, resorts, and medical facilities. He has been described by Chambers USA® as ‘a meticulously good drafter…respected by peers for his skill in acquisitions and development matters."
Early in his career, Mr. Goldstein participated in several municipal bond transactions, including the Southern California Edison Company Project, Clark County, Nevada; Adjustable Tender Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, Series 1987A and 1988A; and California Health Facilities Financing Authority Insured Health Facility Revenue Bonds. At that time, he was appointed to the Clark County School District Bond Oversight Committee. In addition to his daily practice, Mr. Goldstein has written Nevada legislation concerning regulation of financial institutions, and corporate and governmental finance and has written reports and testified as an expert witness in matters concerning business and corporate law. Paul C. Williams helps clients navigate complex commercial, healthcare, and class action litigation. His clients range from small business owners, physicians, and small medical practices, all the way to Fortune 500 companies. He works with clients to develop and implement strategies to combat difficult legal issues.
Paul's primary areas of practice are healthcare and commercial law. He represents healthcare providers in legal disputes, which are often compounded by extensive regulations and oversight. He also regularly helps businesses in breach of contract, fraud, and intentional interference disputes. He has represented numerous physicians, medical providers, and businesses in negotiating, drafting, and litigating non-competition agreements.
Paul is proud to be Battle Born (a native Nevadan) and enjoys serving the Las Vegas community. He serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors for the William S. Boyd School of Law (UNLV). He previously served as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees for Family Promise of Las Vegas, a non-profit devoted to helping at-risk and homeless families. Paul also enjoys coaching Little League baseball and youth hockey.
Rebecca L. Crooker practices in the areas of litigation, appellate advocacy, healthcare law, business and corporate law, administrative and gaming law, and ethics and professional responsibility law. Before coming to Bailey Kennedy, Ms. Crooker externed for the Honorable Nancy L. Allf, Eighth Judicial District, and was a Research Assistant at Weiner-Rogers Law Library.
Sarah E. Harmon practices in the areas of appellate advocacy and civil/business litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, legal malpractice, products liability, complex civil litigation, and many other types of business disputes. Her experience with appellate advocacy includes appeals from adverse judgments and orders as well as petitions for extraordinary writ relief.

As an appellate advocate and civil litigator, Ms. Harmon has assisted a diverse array of clients, including hotel/casinos, insurance companies, hospitals, other businesses, and individuals in obtaining the best possible outcome in their case. With a strong knowledge and understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Rules of Evidence, as well as the ability to play Devil's Advocate when developing case strategies, Ms. Harmon can assist clients with obtaining settlements and judgments before going to trial, avoiding reversible errors at trial, and properly preserving issues for an appeal.
