Amy S. Bailey

For over 15 years, Amy has been a marketing executive with several large, growth-oriented organizations. She has worked extensively with business professionals at all levels and has excelled at managing individual contributors as well as teams. Amy's experience encompasses multiple industries, various countries as well as different business models. Amy has held various management positions within her work experience. Most recently she was an Executive Director at Applebee's International where she led all communications with the influential Franchise Marketing Council and sat on an 8 member executive team which developed the long-term strategy of the organization. At Kraft Foods, Amy drove outstanding business results in both North America and Europe by motivating her teams to reach their full potential. She received the prestigious Brand of the Year award by exceeding all key measures on the re-launch of the Kraft Easy Mac brand. Amy also gained valuable experience while working as a consultant at Accenture focusing on systems development for the utility industry. Amy also taught Marketing Fundamentals and Advertising Management at the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, where she received New Professor of the Year recognition for achieving the highest professor evaluation rating. Amy earned her MBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, with an emphasis in Marketing. Her undergraduate work was done at the University of Nebraska where her major was International Business. At both institutions, Amy graduated with honors and held leadership positions. Amy Bailey is an Executive Coach and the founder of BCC. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) which is widely recognized worldwide as the leader in coaching training and certification. CTI's certification is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF), which is the global association for all personal and professional coaches. She also works part-time as a consultant for Right Management where she helps individuals with career transition as well as pursuing entrepreneurial interests. She is a certified facilitator for FastTrac NewVenture which is The Kauffman Foundation's entrepreneurial program. She has over 15 years of corporate experience leading teams and developing individual talent. She has worked with various organizations including Accenture, Kraft Foods, Applebee's International and Prophet Consulting. Her educational background includes a bachelor's business degree from The University of Nebraska and a MBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Amy currently resides in Omaha and has also lived in Kansas City, Chicago, London, Spain and Germany.

Liz Reinhardt Howard

Liz Reinhardt is currently in training to become a CPCC with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI)and has over 20 years of experience in the communication and selling fields. She has worked with various organizations including Pfizer, Schering-Plough, IKON and Nitromed. Liz has a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Nebraska. She currently resides in Chicago and has also lived in New Orleans, Italy and Switzerland.
