BARS BAKERY

Bars Bakery is a family-owned local business run by the founder and previous owner of Swede Hollow Café, Sandi Younkin, and her daughter, Kara Younkin Viswanathan. True to their Minnesotan roots, they saw possibility and versatility in the humble bar, and decided to celebrate the bar by using local and organic ingredients whenever possible... We have both enjoyed making Bars Bakery a warm place to enjoy your coffee and bakery. We have made many friends along the way and we will take them with us as we step into the next chapters of our lives... We have spent 5 wonderful years baking, becoming a part of the community, and meeting tremendous people. We believe strongly in our local food community and believe that our purveyors, like Hope Creamery butter and Whistling Well farms make all the difference in our food. We will continue to support the strong local food community as we enter our next chapters.
