Dennis Faivre is a key leader within Baxter Construction Company as the Manager of Preconstruction. Dennis helps guide projects through preconstruction from conception through subcontracting. He works closely with the owners and the design team to assist in maximizing the efficiency and value of a facility for the lowest cost from layout to structural details or alternate manufacturers. Dennis does systems analysis, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis and estimating and develops job specific work scopes to obtain subcontractor bids and works with the project teams to ensure that qualified subcontractors are selected to be a part of the construction team.
Jeremy Butts brings with him 30 years of construction experience to facilitate and foster project dreams from inception to construction, with a focus on the details and building relationships. Jeremy has a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa, and brings his extensive construction knowledge into feasibility and constructability reviews, strategic resourcing abilities, and value analysis approaches throughout pre-construction and project development, having spent years in field trade work, and later excelling as an onsite Project Superintendent, as well as a Sr. Project Manager/Executive, and other leadership roles throughout his tenured construction career. Jeremy immerses himself into our projects on a deep level and is dedicated not only to the success of your projects, but also takes great pride in developing those around him - as an adept and valuable collaborator, leader, and mentor in the construction industry.
Michael Baxter is the fourth-generation of the family business and has worked in the construction business since he could hold a hammer. Michael is well versed in all facets of the construction industry which has provided him with the management, leadership, and knowledge to be successful. As the Vice President, Michael is responsible for planning & constructing the assigned building in accordance with all safety, quality control, schedule, contract agreements, project documents, and owner requirements. He directly manages client relations and oversees the entire account to ensure consistency and quality. His keen insights make him a successful leader for Baxter Construction that was built upon handshakes and he continues to believe in and demonstrate the tradition well into the future.

Michael Rashid is the Controller for Baxter Construction Company and handles all corporate accounting duties for the Company. Michael graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Accounting and also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. Michael's wide range of experience and his dedication to detail makes him an invaluable resource to Baxter Construction Company.
Tony Baxter has worked in the construction industry his entire life and took over the operations from his Father in 1996 transitioning the company from local residential to national commercial. As the President for Baxter Construction Company, his leadership oversees the strategic direction of the company to ensure the success of the employees and the client's projects. Tony works closely as an integral part of the team with the owner and the design professionals throughout the entire project phases. Building on his family's established reputation of quality a Baxter project achieves its success through his dedication to quality, proactive construction processes, and his strict attention to detail. Tony's project experience includes his work on many projects nationwide, he is experienced in project development and is involved with our clients from preconstruction to occupancy. Tony understands that the best results come from our leadership developing and executing the best plan bringing great value to the projects he has the privilege to build.
