Danny Bradford was born and raised in Marion, North Carolina. He graduated with Honors from the law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996. Danny Bradford was born and raised in Marion, North Carolina. He graduated from McDowell High School in 1987 and then attended the University of North Carolina at Asheville, graduating with a bachelor of arts degree with Distinction in History in 1991. After pursuing other interests for two years, Mr. Bradford entered law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with Honors in 1996. Mr. Bradford opened his practice, Bradford Law Offices, in Raleigh in 1996, and within a few years had focused his work in the areas of bankruptcy and construction law. For the past several years, virtually all of his clients are businesses and business people filing bankruptcies before the Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Mr. Bradford has represented over four thousand debtors before the bankruptcy courts, and takes pride in providing genuine relief to businesses and business people who are struggling to solve difficult financial problems. Mr. Bradford has also handled numerous construction-related lawsuits and arbitrations, from simple matters involving payment of less than $10,000.00, to very complex matters involving millions of dollars. He has experience with residential, commercial and government projects, including lien claims and bond claims. This experience has been very helpful in his efforts to guide construction-related businesses through reorganizations under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Bradford is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Wake County Bar.
