We are the second largest sewage collection utility in California, and we own and operate the second largest water resource recovery facility of its kind in the nation, the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility located near Elk Grove... We provide service to residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout unincorporated Sacramento County; the cities of Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, and West Sacramento; and the communities of Courtland, Locke, and Walnut Grove. The services we provide vary based on the location within our service area... We keep our finger on the pulse of how well we serve our customers, meet their expectations, and fulfill our mission. In talking with our customers and stakeholders, we have identified six core service commitments that are particularly important to-and clearly affect-our customers.
