Benedetto A. Miele

As Chief Revenue Officer, Ben is responsible for the strategic leadership, and growth and development of the global sales organization at CallMiner. Passionate about building long-term relationships with customers and partners, Ben is focused on delivering solutions to maximize ROI, performance improvement, and satisfaction. Ben brings more than 30 years of experience leading sales, business development, customer success, sales operations, systems engineering, and solutions consulting at several entrepreneurial and leading-edge software technology companies. Prior to CallMiner, he held a similar position at Humanyze, a leading workplace and data analytics company spun out of MIT's Media Lab. Earlier, Ben was the Executive Vice President of Global Sales for Workhuman, where for more than 12 years, he led the commercial organization from start-up company to clear market leader valued at more than $1 billion. Ben attended Brandeis University and holds a Bachelor of Art degree as a double-major in Economics and Philosophy.

Bruce McMahon

As Chief Product Officer at CallMiner, Bruce is responsible for product management, strategy, and roadmap. He has more than 15 years of experience in product management and software development and has played key product leadership roles through various stages, from startup to major industry players. Prior to CallMiner, Bruce was the was the Head of Product at KMI, an enterprise SaaS software company, leading the product organization in developing simple, easy to use analytics and risk management products. Bruce has a BA degree from Simon Fraser University, and an MBA from the University of Newcastle.

Eric Williamson - CMO

As CallMiner's Chief Marketing Officer, Eric oversees all global marketing functions from brand and events to demand generation. Eric's marketing team works very closely with channel and sales to drive pipeline and CallMiner's explosive growth. Eric has over 20 years of experience in both technology and consumer products marketing from both the vendor and agency side. Before joining CallMiner, Eric was VP Brand & Digital Marketing at Acquia - an open DXP platform built around Drupal - where he led brand, creative services, webops, editorial, and demand generation. Prior to Acquia, Eric was on the agency side of marketing working as SVP Digital & Social at MullenLowe, and before that as VP Digital Strategy at The Martin Agency. During his career Eric has worked with a variety of B2C and B2B brands including Google, Microsoft, Intel, GEICO, Walmart, P&G, Pizza Hut, Acura, Royal Caribbean, and Hyatt. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. With extensive leadership experience, JR is focused on helping CallMiner customers realize transformational value and ROI from conversation intelligence. JR joins CallMiner from Salesforce, which he joined after Salesforce acquired Evergage. As CCO at Evergage, JR led a team committed to helping organizations create relevant real-time customer experiences. Prior, he served as CCO and senior leader at leading customer experience insight and interaction companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Michael Dwyer

Michael Dwyer is responsible for integrating state-of-the-art advances in speech recognition and conversational analytics technologies into CallMiner's suite of industry-leading products. Dwyer joined CallMiner in 2003, and has been integral to architecting and delivering several generations of the Eureka product from concept to customer installation. Prior to joining CallMiner, Dwyer developed facial and fingerprint pattern recognition products along with one of the first sex offender tracking systems in the country at ID Software, and successfully completed the Information Management Leadership Program with GE Corporate. Dwyer holds a Masters degree in computer science from Case Western Reserve University, where he focused on artificial intelligence technologies and applications.

Rachel Simone - CIO

As Chief Information Officer, Rachel Simone leads a global team responsible for CallMiner's business systems and applications, creating business value, operational efficiencies, and competitive differentiation. Rachel also works with organizational stakeholders to align and prioritize best-in-class IT initiatives in support of CallMiner's continuous growth. Rachel was previously CallMiner's Vice President of Enterprise Applications and Technology. With 25+ years of experience in simplifying and automating business operations, Rachel has held senior level management roles in companies ranging from private start-ups to corporations with $700+ million in revenue. Prior to CallMiner, Rachel held VP roles at Ipswitch, Dassault Systemes, and DS SolidWorks, among others. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and an MBA from the Suffolk University Sawyer Business School.

Robert Lane - CFO

Rob Lane has spent close to 30 years as a finance and accounting professional within the software industry. His experience includes a mix of private and publicly traded companies and includes significant experience in financial reporting, software revenue recognition, systems design and implementations, contract negotiation, international accounting operations and SEC reporting. Mr. Lane has contributed to the success of a number of venture capital backed enterprises, working with companies as they grow from the early revenue stage through significant growth curves and in certain cases through their ultimate sale. Rob has contributed to the success of Banyan Systems/ePresence, Switchboard, Passkey, Camiant and Tekelec prior to joining CallMiner. Mr. Lane is a 1993 graduate with honors from Framingham State College.

Roderick MacQueen - CTO

Roderick MacQueen is CallMiner's Chief Technology Officer, leading the software engineering, product management, support, and systems infrastructure teams. Roderick has over 20 years of experience in both software development and infrastructure management for contact centers. Prior to CallMiner, Roderick was the Vice President of Global Information Systems at the Results Companies, where he expanded the IT and engineering departments to India and the Philippines. Roderick earned his BS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

Scott Kendrick

Scott is responsible for steering CallMiner's strategic direction to ensure sustained growth, market dominance, and increased adoption of conversation intelligence across emerging market segments and use cases, all aimed at enhancing business performance within the contact center and throughout the organization. Additionally, he is accountable for cultivating and overseeing strategic partnerships that facilitate the widespread dissemination of CallMiner's industry leading platform and its expansion through a network of technology providers. Scott brings 30 years of experience in software strategy, product management, design, and marketing, covering a spectrum from consumer applications to enterprise cloud solutions. Prior to joining CallMiner, he served as the Senior Director of Global Product Management at MIVA, an internet search marketing company, and held the position of Director of Product Management and Marketing within the New Ventures division at Corel Corporation, known for their personal and business software products like CorelDraw® and WordPerfect®. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada, and is certified in Pragmatic Marketing and SCRUM methodologies. Tom Wendt is the Sr. Vice President of Sales for CallMiner, joining the company in 2012. Tom has over 20 years of leading and growing high technology sales teams. Prior to joining CallMiner, Tom worked at Nuance Communications in various sales leadership roles involving contact center and speech recognition solutions.
