Joe was licensed as a Colorado real estate broker in 1999. Prior to that, Joe worked in corporate sales for Moore Business Forms Inc, in California and Colorado. Joe brings nearly 30 years of sales and marketing experience to every transaction, adding value and wisdom to his clients' real estate transactions.

Joe was born and raised in central Denver, and his understanding of the nuances of the city has been the catalyst for sound and profitable investing by his clients. Whether in leasing or sales transactions, clients have uniformly benefited from Joe's insight. Urban renewal, or what Joe refers to as "urban enhancement," is a market niche where Joe has frequently led investors to exceptional investments.
Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 1999, Joe has orchestrated more than 100 lease and sale transactions, accounting for more than 486,000 sf, in a diverse market portfolio including office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties.
