Angie started part-time with the agency in 2017. She became a full-time employee and has been a licensed insurance agent since 2018. She is a customer service representative and fluent in Spanish. Angie is also a licensed cosmetologist. In her free time, she likes to do hair, makeup, being involved with her church, and spending lots of time with family.
Brooke started part-time with ISB Insurance in December of 2022. She became a full-time employee after becoming a licensed insurance agent in February of 2023. She has worked in customer service since 2016 and enjoys helping clients. In her free time, she likes to travel, stay active, and spend plenty of time with her friends and family.
Carmen started part time with the agency in November 2019. She was licensed in May 2020 and went full time. Carmen in fluent in Spanish. She has a background in banking and enjoys helping clients.
In her free time she likes spending time with family and any amount of quiet time with a good book.
Norma joined the ISB Insurance family in 2020, as a producer in the Personal Lines division. She is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing/Management. As a broker, she enjoys helping clients safe guard their property and promoting the importance of insurance. Norma considers herself a people person, and looks forward to community events and gatherings. She received her Real Estate license in 2015 and enjoys working with buyers and sellers, in her spare time. Her passion in life are her grandson, two girls, and an amazing supportive family.

Randi has been a licensed agent since 2004, when she began her insurance career with State Farm in Austin, Texas. Since then, she has realized she loves being on the broker side of insurance, where she has more opportunities and companies to work with and help her customers. Customer Service and the personal relationships is definitely her passion! Randi is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have one son. Randi and her Husband both graduated from Sam Houston State University. In her spare time, Randi will most likely be outside with family and friends, just enjoying the small things in life. Family is very important.

Tracy joined Cates Insurance in 2003. She is dedicated to serving her clients with their Personal and Commercial Insurance needs. Tracy also holds her Life & Health License and can assist you with Health Insurance, Medicare and a variety of Life Insurance products. Tracy is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Counselor Designation.
