I am Graeme Summers - coach, trainer and author. I help people adventure into their personal and professional development. I work for a number of organisations in a freelance capacity including London Business School. I have almost 40 years experience of training and coaching individuals and groups in a variety of contexts including voluntary, statutory and corporate organisations. Prior to coaching I worked as a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist and was Director of Training for the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Institute (Edinburgh). This has given me a deep psychological understanding that underpins my approach to coaching and training.
