Mark has lived in the DC metro area since 1996 and has worked at two of the largest engineering firms in the area as an electrical engineer. His design experience includes hundreds of commercial, educational, government, restaurant, and retail facilities. Mark has also worked in sales where he gained expert experience in lighting systems, control panels, dimming systems, occupancy sensing and daylight controls. In 2005, Mark started DDG Virginia Engineering to expand the market coverage of the very successful and competitive design services offered by DDG Engineering, Inc. Mark's enthusiasm, experience and strong leadership skills have helped define our company vision and culture. Mark graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1994 with a BS in Architectural Engineering - Environmental Option - Lighting Emphasis. He is an active member of the American Fire Alarm Association. Mark was Section President of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America from 2002 to 2004 and remains active today. He currently holds Professional Engineering licenses in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and Washington, DC. Mark is an ICC certified Electrical Plans Examiner and Energy Inspector.
