She previously defended the agency in discrimination cases before the EEOC and complaints of adverse actions and/or discrimination before the Merit Systems Protection Board and various arbitrators. This defense work included all phases of pre-trial and trial litigation. She was responsible for handling all phases of appeals at the administrative level, including appeals to EEOC and MSPB. In U.S. District Court, Ms. Harper was responsible for preparing litigation reports to assist the assigned U.S. Attorney; attending settlement conferences as the Agency's representative and assisting in preparing witness testimony for trial. Ms. Harper was also an instructor for EEO Training for Managers at the FAA.

Ms. Todd brings over 30 years of accounting and auditing experience in both the governmental and private sectors. As a former Senior Accountant for the State of Georgia, she extends her expertise and influence in: financial and strategic management, budgeting, procurement policy development, program compliance, system integration, and taxation.
In 2005, Ms. Todd elevated her passions for home ownership to secure her real estate license. Her belief in the American Dream, "that every person deserves to have a place of their own to call home" is the driving force behind her work with Prudential Georgia Realty and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. With broad experience in real estate acquisitions, disposition, leasing and property management, Ms. Todd has been a key leader in the management of single and multi-families properties day to day operations and financial reporting for several investment companies.
Ms. Todd earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Morris Brown College. She is currently a member of the Metro SouthAssociation ofRealtors and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Todd holds certification as an EEO Investigator and Property Managers.
