Mr. McDonald is a seasoned Software Engineer with 16 years of progressive experience in information technology, with an extensive focus in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Over 10 years' of that experience is in architecting solutions for energy companies. He has a solid understanding of energy markets and how to apply information technology solutions to the particular challenges of meter management, billing and settlement for the energy and utility industries. Mr. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Information Technology from Athabasca University and a Client/Server Programmer Certificate from Red River College.

Mr. Fountain has over 15 years' experience in the energy industry focused on technology implementations. He has worked in lead project roles with more than 10 energy retailers across North America, Europe and Australia to implement pricing, complex billing, settlement and forecasting systems. Most recently Mr. Fountain was Vice President of Business Development and Services at Power Tagging Technologies, a firm focused on communications systems for smart grid. Prior to Power Tagging, Mr. Fountain was a Senior Director at Oracle responsible for the meter data management, complex billing, retail pricing and settlements practice. Mr. Fountain holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.
