Our HK "Source Water"-fresh Molokai sea water that has been multi-filtered to bottled-water standards-is fed into our vast arrays of food-grade solar pans. It is then slowly evaporated, sealed safe from dust, bugs, and any airborne pollutants... Our sea-salt farm is located on the Island of Molokai-famed for its pristine ocean waters and pure environment-managed and operated by local Hawaiians steeped in the centuries-old craft of sea-salt making.
