She has held a real estate license since 1994 and has worked with Hembree and Associates specializing in commercial property since 2003. She is currently a member of the Commercial Investment Division of the Sarasota Association of Realtors and is an active member of both the Sarasota and Manatee Economic Development Committees and the Sarasota Downtown Partnership.

Joe C. Hembree is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate and Realtor® and CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member. He specializes in the sales, leasing all types of commercial properties in the greater Sarasota - Manatee area. His sales and leasing transactions are in excess of $80 million dollars over the past 5 years.
Established in 1985, Hembree & Associates, Inc. is guided by the leadership and expertise of Joe R. Hembree. A real estate veteran with over 25 years experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Hembree has handled the development, sale, leasing and management of land, office buildings, shopping centers and income producing properties throughout Southwest Florida.
John Caragiulo brings to Hembree & Associates over 24 years of experience in food service, hospitality and lodging based industries. Specializing in consulting, concept development, and site acquisition/selection, His experience in tenant representation has been sought after by both national and regional clientele. John's expertise in asset management & receiverships has also garnered the attention of REO administrators for assistance in the protection and continued operation of assets related to the food service industry.
Kenneth E. Hoskinson, Jr., Commercial Associate, is a native of Sarasota and has been involved in all facets of the community and has extensive knowledge of properties and investors throughout southwest Florida. Mr. Hoskinson is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division, as well as the Young Professionals Group. Ken received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University of Central Florida, specializing in Real Estate.

Michael has been a real estate broker for 40 years. Moving to the Sunshine State from Buffalo, New York, he joined Hembree & Associates in January 2018. Michael brings decades of experience working with office users and landlords. Formerly specializing in working with medical practices and owners of medical space, today he also works with customers and clients involved with industrial and flex space requirements.
Mr. Ross has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 35 years. He has parlayed his Engineering Degree from Florida State University into a storied career of developing residential and commercial properties. While his primary focus now is smaller in fill residential developments. Richard was involved in developing the Rosedale golf community which boasts a championship golf course and over 800 homes. He has developed 10 retail strip centers as well as multiple office projects in Southwest Florida.
Past President - Commercial Investment Division of the Sarasota Association of Realtors 30 year veteran of the commercial real estate brokerage scene in Sarasota, Manatee, and Venice areas. Steve is active in sales, leasing, and consulting for office, retail, and industrial properties and is frequently used by out of the area brokerages for tenant representation in locating properties for their use. Steve also holds security licenses for the purpose of selling Tenant In Common (TIC) interest in Institutional Grade Properties throughout the United States.
Tom has 14 years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience representing tenants and property owners and specializes in commercial, office and industrial categories. He has represented a wide variety of customers and clients including start up companies, international corporations and state/federal government. He is a member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division and The National Association of Realtors.
