Rachel Henderson is a litigator and focuses her practice on representation of multifamily owners, developers, and managers. Mrs. Henderson assists clients in landlord-tenant issues, including evictions, code enforcement, small claims, subpoenas, and fair housing. Her areas of practice include landlord/tenant disputes, small claims, multifamily housing, municipal citations and civil litigation.
Experience
As a former prosecutor, Mrs. Henderson has experience handling criminal cases, code compliance issues, and Class C misdemeanors in courts around the DFW Metroplex. Mrs. Henderson has represented individuals, commercial entities, and governmental entities in Texas.
Mrs. Henderson received her J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law (2016) and a B.A. in Public Relations from Auburn University (2013)
Mr. Hernandez assists businesses in all types of commercial disputes, such as breaches of contract, fraud, and other business torts. He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal court via tactful negotiation, motion practice, and when necessary, vigorous litigation. In addition, Mr. Hernandez assists multifamily owners, developers, and managers in a variety of business and civil matters, including evictions, contractual disputes, code enforcement, premises liability issues, subpoenas, and fair housing.

Mr. Foster represents banks and other financial institutions in all phases of documentation and negotiation of commercial credit facilities (including revolving lines of credit, real estate acquisition and refinance loans, financing for construction and development projects, guidance lines, homebuilder lines of credit, equipment financing, and mortgage warehouse lines) in all collateral types.
