Inductive Capital invests primarily in the public securities of global technology related companies including common stock, PIPES, and convertible securities. Inductive Capital does not make venture capital investments... We are globally focused and typically have roughly 1/2 of our invested capital allocated outside of the United States. We have made investments in companies located throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
