Clyde Kaelin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. He has experience for over 30 years regarding business and execution of delivering high-value engineering, procurement, and construction, including project management solutions to clients in a variety of industries. Joining as PT JGC Indonesia in 2023 as President Directors, with the mission to increase JGC Indonesia top reputation in oil & gas industry.
Kenji Morita obtained his bachelor's degree in International Politics and Law at Hitotsubashi University. With over 20 years of experience in JGC Corporation since 1998, He joined PT JGC Indonesia in 2020 as a member of the Board of Directors, responsible for supervising and managing the company management, especially in the financial and legal field.

Graduated from Osaka University with a degree in Environmental Science, Koji Shimeno has been a leader for mega projects in JGC Global for 20 years. He also served as the CEO of JGC Philippines. In 2022, he was assigned as the Executive Vice President Director for PT. JGC Indonesia, responsible for corporate governance under JGC Asia Pacific operations. With PMP certified, he serves as a lecturer of project and risk management theory in University of Tokyo and other public organizations.
With more than 25 years of experience with JGC, Masataka Fukumitsu is now hold the position of PT JGC Indonesia General Manager and is responsible to monitor Design Engineering Division. He obtained his Bachelor and Master Degree in Civil Engineering from Kyoto University respectively in 1996 and 1998 then later start to work in JGC 1998.
With more than 15 years experience with PT JGC Indonesia, Sobar Hidayat is now served as Director starting in 2023 with the responsibility of corporate operations and corporate sales & marketing. He obtained his bachelor degree of agriculture in Padjadjaran University and his master degree of management in Airlangga University.
He obtained a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from University of Indonesia and served as Director of PT JGC Indonesia in 2015. He joined PT JGC Indonesia since 1994 and has more than 19 years of experience in this field. Currently responsible for business development in human resources and corporate management systems.
Obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Commerce in Kwansei Gakuin Univsesity, Takeshi Hashizume started his career with JGC Corporation in 1992. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, management, business development and sales experience through out JGC group companies such as in Japan, Middle East, Asia, Americas and Africa, he is now taken the role of PT JGC Indonesia President Commisioner.
Zola Maulana Obtained his Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITB Polytechnic in 1997, and later his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Science and Technology Jakarta in 2000. Started to work in JGC Indonesia in 2004, he now has more than 26 years of experience and currently has the role of Executive officer, responsible for project execution.
