Professional Experience
Mr. Hanifin has more than 30 years of experience planning & overseeing PM/CM Construction projects and construction litigation support service operations. He brings a unique set of skills to the construction process including construction and project management, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling/schedule analysis, cost estimating, value engineering and evaluation of large construction claims litigation. Mr. Hanifin also has extensive experience in risk management and construction surety consulting, including assessment and advisory services on portfolios on the verge of, or already in default.
Areas of Expertise
As a recognized expert in the field of construction management, he has testified as an expert witness in the areas of Project Management & CPM Scheduling. He has served as a guest lecturer at industry seminars on matters relating to value engineering, CPM scheduling and project management. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Columbia University in NYC teaching Masters Program courses in CPM Scheduling & Project Management.
His role as an industry leader was galvanized in 2004 when his project team received the Construction Management of America (CMAA) National Project Achievement Award for project management excellence in the $100 Million category. He has also been appointed to the American Arbitration Association's Panel of Arbitrators for the Construction Industry.
Professional Experience
Mr. Castellano has approximately thirty-years of professional experience in the construction, real estate and insurance industries focusing on construction advisory, insurance and contract claims, and litigation advisory services to both public and private clients. Mr. Castellano has served as an expert witness in disputes related to project delays and cost overruns. Mr. Castellano served as a Mediator with the NYC School Construction Authority.
Areas of Expertise
Mr. Castellano has been engaged in resolving some of the largest and most complex contract and insurance claims, schedule delay evaluations, and business disputes such as those resulting from natural disasters, subcontractor defaults, and contractual issues. Throughout his career, Mr. Castellano has evaluated and resolved millions of dollars in damage claims and disputes.
Mr. Castellano has analyzed delays, disruption, lost productivity and damages on a variety of projects including steel mill plants, military facilities, hotels/resorts, hospitals, educational facilities, residential towers, and light rail systems, among others. He has been involved in insurance matters that included claim preparation, impacts to the project schedule, damages assessment and resolution of Builder's Risk, Subcontractor Default and Property Damage claims resulting from various types of losses.
Mr. Castellano has prepared independent estimates of the costs the contractor may be entitled to recover under relevant contract clauses. He has performed cost and schedule reviews and provided project management oversight and on-site assistance on several projects. His dispute and consulting assignments have included both domestic and international projects.

Professional Experience
Ms. Domingo has more than 10 years of experience specializing in project controls, project scheduling, delay damages, productivity and performance damages, change order negotiations, litigation support, and the development or defense of construction claims. Ms. Domingo has worked for a variety of clients that vary in both complexity and size within the oil and gas sector, electric power transmission, highways and bridges, high-rise and residential construction, and heavy construction.
Areas of Expertise
Ms. Domingo is especially proficient in managing e-discovery platforms in a litigation support role, CPM scheduling and analyzing construction claims related to schedule delays. She has provided project controls for active construction projects through cost estimating and scheduling as well as project management support and construction administration services.
Ms. Domingo has presented two papers for AACE International related to delay disputes: "The Art of Decoding Manipulated Schedules for Forensic Schedule Analysis" and "Schedule Analysis without Schedules?! - Applying Earned Value Analysis in the Absence of Achieving Substantial Completion".
Prior to working as a consultant, she assisted in teaching CPM Scheduling courses at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Columbia University School of Professional Studies.
