Dan has published over 200 catalogs over 30 years and was the driving force behind the evolution of Norm Thompson from a "two catalog per year" company to an integrated direct marketer with five operating divisions and over $100 million in annual sales.

Tom Steele has over 20 years of retail, catalog and e-commerce marketing experience, holding senior positions on both the marketing and creative sides for Eddie Bauer, Kits Cameras, DBL Distributing, Car Toys and cameraworld.com. Tom has created successful catalogs for Helly-Hansen, Samy's Camera and Barbeques Galore, among other retailers. In 1997, he launched the catalog program at camerworld.com, building it into a $30 million sales channel in two years. He was part of the three-person executive team that subsequently raised $60 million in equity investment from five leading Venture Capital firms in 1999. Tom has spoken at more than two dozen marketing industry events, including the shop.org eretailing conference in New York and the Oregon Entreprenuer's Forum in Portland.
