Alan J. Pollack

Alan J. Pollack, has been in Immigration practice in both New Jersey and New York for over 28 years. He is a Past Chair of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a recent Past Chair of the Immigration Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Pollack was also recently on National AILA's USCIS EOIR/ICE Liaison Committee. Mr. Pollack is currently an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Law School and has also been an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University where he has taught courses on Immigration Law and Politics and Business Immigration Law. Mr. Pollack was named a Best Lawyer and Law Firm for the State of New Jersey (Immigration) by U.S. News & World Report for the past several years including 2023. David W. Schmidt

Attorney David Schmidt (Retired) started out as a New York City criminal prosecutor, but quickly turned to defending clients from devastating charges in court. Over the course of decades, he has successfully defended clients in criminal and civil cases on both the state and federal level. Mr. Schmidt tackles these difficult cases using his in-depth knowledge and insight gained from decades of success in order to protect the well being and futures of defendants and their loved ones. David W. Schmidt began his career as a Prosecutor in New York City and has been litigating cases in state and federal court as well as in alternative dispute forums for 30 years. Mr. Schmidt's state and federal experience has included the trials of complex criminal and civil matters. In the era before Shearson/American Express, Inc. v. McMahon, 482, U.S. 220 (1987), and the advent of, almost, universal arbitration of securities cases, he handled these matters in State and Federal Court. In the aftermath of McMahon, which upheld the enforceability of arbitration agreements, Mr. Schmidt has handled hundreds of securities arbitrations on behalf of firms and individuals alike. Mr. Schmidt was one of a select group of lawyers asked to handle expedited arbitrations on behalf of a National Broker Dealer as administered by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Schmidt has also represented firms and senior personnel with regard to matters pending before the Securities and Exchange Commission and self-regulatory organizations. Mr. Schmidt is presently regional counsel to several major brokerage firms and oversees all litigation handled by Lubiner, Schmidt & Palumbo. Mr. Schmidt has lectured to industry organizations regarding legal and regulatory developments in the securities field.

John E. Jenkins

Jack Jenkins is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (J.D.), and S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook (B.S. majoring in applied mathematics and economics). Jack's experience includes years as in-house counsel at UBS and Shearson Lehman Brothers, in addition to representing Financial Advisors and firms as outside counsel. Jack has been representing financial advisors and their firms for over 25 years, in arbitration, mediation, regulatory inquiries before FINRA, the SEC and state regulators, and court litigation and appeals. He has handled hundreds of cases relating to customer complaints and sales practice matters. They have included equities, municipal and corporate bonds, options, structured products, variable annuities, insurance policies, mutual funds, ETF's and leveraged and non-traditional ETF's, managed accounts, margin use and claims of unsuitability, churning, fraud, breach of contract and negligence. He has also concentrated in recent years on cases involving non-solicit and non-compete agreements, and raiding cases. Those have included court proceeding for Temporary Restraining Orders and FINRA hearings in which the former employer seeks to prevent the Advisor from soliciting the business of clients the advisor

Michelle Welsh

Todd Palumbo

After graduating from the University Of Texas School Of Law, Todd Palumbo moved almost immediately into private practice. As a solo practitioner, he built his criminal defense, DWI and municipal court practice from the ground up.
