Cindy Lewis is a legal assistant at Moeller, PA and assists our firm's seller clients. Cindy was born and raised in New Bern, NC and is a graduate of East Carolina University. Known as the "little Fuller girl" throughout the community, she enjoys spending time with her family and is an active member of the handbell choir at her church.
Lacee B. Smith joined Moeller, PA in 2019. Ms. Smith focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and business formations. Ms. Smith moved to New Bern in 2014. In her free time, she enjoys tennis and spending time with her husband and daughter...
Peter S. Moeller is the founder of Moeller, PA. Peter is a transactional attorney who focuses on the representation of clients in residential real estate transactions. He has assisted thousands of clients with the purchase and/or sale of real property over the course of his career. He thoroughly enjoys meeting with his clients on the day of closing to assist them with the final steps of their purchase.
Mr. Moeller was raised in New Bern and is a graduate of New Bern High School. He is an active member of Garber Methodist Church. In his spare time Mr. Moeller enjoys golf, boating, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
In May of 2020 Peter was elected to the Council of the Real Property Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, and is currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer. He is also Chair of the Consumer Protection Committee.

Samantha Kemske is an office assistant at Moeller, PA and a part of our administrative team. She focuses on customer service and provides support to our clients and realtors throughout the real estate process. Samantha grew up in Wilmington and moved to New Bern, NC with her husband in 2000. She has two beautiful children and is active in the PTO at Creekside Elementary.
Sarah Moeller is a legal assistant at Moeller, PA and assists our firm's seller clients. Sarah grew up in Raleigh, NC and graduated from North Carolina State University. Sarah is active in the community and frequently volunteers with Backpack Blessings, which is a non-profit organization that provides meals for hungry children.
Stefanie Pittman is a paralegal at Moeller, PA and assists our firm's buyer clients. Stefanie is a native of New Bern, NC and graduated from the University of North at Chapel Hill. Stefanie spends her spare time on the baseball fields where she is the Team Mom for both of her sons' teams.
